Program Overview “Marching to Success: STEM, Literacy, & Legacy” is an immersive K-8 curriculum designed to inspire academic excellence and cultural pride. By combining hands-on STEM challenges, targeted literacy building, and the rich tradition of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), this program equips students with foundational skills while celebrating heritage.

Core Program Components

• Interactive Coloring & Activity Book: Integrates STEM concepts, literacy exercises, and HBCU legacy stories into age-appropriate visual lessons.

• “Marching to Success” Day: A culminating event featuring the My HBCU Matters Drum Major, showcasing student achievement through music, rhythm, and learning.

• Grade-Band Learning Modules: Scaffolds learning across three distinct developmental tiers to ensure mastery of core concepts.
