We are thrilled to announce the upcoming 2024 My HBCU Matters Summit, which will be hosted in Jackson, Mississippi, from September 11th to 14th, at the Jackson Complex Center, in partnership with the Boombox Classic JSU vs SU.

More about the Summit

The My HBCU Matters Summit is a 4 Day Immersive Experience that promotes education, activism, and career development for 500+ attendees. The Summit engages with HBCU students, High School Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and supporters. Our Sponsors and Corporate Partners are committed to providing a wealth of opportunities for attendees to learn, engage, and be exposed to careers in various industries. 

Become a Legacy Builder by Volunteering    (Deadline to Submit August 16th)

To make this summit a memorable and impactful experience, we need your support. We are seeking volunteers to help in various capacities throughout the event. Opportunities include, but are not limited to:

–        Facilitating sessions

–        Conducting mock interviews

–        Serving as panelists

–        Assisting with registration

–        Mentoring My HBCU Matters Academy Scholars

Your participation will not only enhance the experience for our students but also help build a stronger community.
